Responsibilities：
1. Gate based project management primary responsible fassigned Project(s - Manage, control &co-ordinate with NPI teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled.
2. Develop &maintain the project plan fassigned project.
3.ganize new project kick-off meeting, Co-ordinate related NPI build performance including OTD, yield rate, waste action plan.
4. Transfer customers feedback to internal department push the related projects.
5. Follow NPI procedure to conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties.
6. Project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from NPI team to site team.
7. Project issue risk management.
8. Proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution.
9. NPI projects weekly monthly report accomplish.
10. Weekly project summary including milestone, status, risk, business information etc.
11. Monthly review with OTD, project summary etc.
12. Leverage of Experience.
12.Across the spectrum of projects introducing new products, review all experience to identify key learning opportunities impacting design, materials etc to ensure all future projects benefit.
13.Other duties to be assigned.
岗位职责：
1. 新项目前期，协同工程及项目负责人一起努力推动项目进展，保持和客户持续沟通，了解项目*新进展状况，协助处理异常；
2. 新项目前期成本管理，负责报价和价格的谈判；
3. 协助销售部门做好物流报关以及付款周期等交易模式评估；
4. 新客户的建立与关系维护，寻找机会拓展新业务；
5. 定期拜访客户，维系良好的客户关系，调查客户满意度，反馈厂内相关部门给予改善；
6. 协助CS处理客户订单，严格按照报价单审单，客户不满意的交期再做内部调整，达成客户交期；
7. 成品库存管控，E&O处理；
8. 负责客户的降价要求处理，及协商报价汇率；
9. 协助质量部门处理客户投诉，推动不良改善进度，及时反馈客户品质要求，处理换货补货事宜；
10. 按照客户账期及时和客户对账开票，处理未及时入账等异常，协同财务部门追踪逾期货款，处理贷款状况；
11. 客户付款条件谈判；
12. 其他安排工作。
Requirements:
1. Have 3-5 years more of project management experience;
2. Able to communicate with clients in English, including listening, speaking, reading, writing;
3. Have experience in quotation business negotiation, etc;
4. Have engineering background in the 3C electronics industry, familiar with design release experience in handling rapid design changes;
5. Possess good communication skills teamwork spirit;
6. Be proactive cooperate with work arrangements;
7. Proficient in using office software Excel related functions.
8. Available fovertime work.

7. 熟练使用办公软件，及Excel相关函数；
8. 可配合加班。
