3、丰富的高并发、高可靠性系统的设计优化实践经验，如负载均衡系统、集群、系统容量评估、流量控制、性能优化、故障排查、日志收集和分析等。
4、掌握Linux操作系统，熟悉容器化运维，有Linux下的DevOps相关实践经验。
5、有较强的学习能力与敏锐的技术前瞻性，对新的领域和技术能够快速掌握并应用到实际工作中。
