1、根据需求完成公司python、java后端项目的架构设计；
2、完成后端业务逻辑开发、涉及和维护；
3、相关技术方案的讨论和技术调研；
4、对python/java异步编程有较深的理解；
5、参与业务逻辑设计、流程设计、数据分析；

1、熟悉掌握Django后端架构；
2、熟练掌握MySQL，有数据架构能力；
3、熟练掌握HTML、CSS、jQ和任意一种前端开发框架；
