4.掌握常用软件架构模式，熟悉数据结构、算法、软件设计并在工作中熟练应用，写出稳定性高、性能好、架构设计好的高质量代码；
5.竞品分析经验，熟练且深入的掌握逆向、抓包、日志分析等分析方法，能快速分析出竞品的技术方案，研究并借鉴；
6.热爱技术，喜欢研究技术，有求知欲，有好奇心，对不懂的知识能刨根问底，能通过技术解决各种问题，并能不断的跟进和学习行业新的技术；
7.责任心强，能主动承担，有执行力，有很好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，能抗压。
