1.制定、修订公司安全生产、环境保护管理制度和安全技术规程，编制环境管理措施计划，并监督检查执行情况。
2.配合上级环保厅等监督管理部门组织的安全、环保检查，协同有关部门制定防范措施和整改计划，并检查监督隐患整改工作的完成情况。组织推广安全、环保新技术、新经验。
3.参加新建、改建、扩建项目及大修、技改项目的安全、环保设施“三同时”审查、验收，负责相关的办证、换证工作。
4. 负责公司安全生产、环境保护工作的技术指导和监督检查。做好厂内日常性的安全、环保监督检查工作，纠正违章。
5.监督检查厂内环保设施的维护保养和管理。
6.建立健全安全环保管理网络，加强安全环保工作基础建设，做好各种安全环保台帐、票证管理。
7.负责每年危废年报，年初的管理计划、检测计划的编制。
8.现场管理，日常对现场进行巡检，对发现的问题进行汇总，与各部门间的协调解决，跟踪处理。。
9.按时参加上级召开的安全、环保工作会议，做好各种月度、季度报表的统计上报，完成上级部门和公司安排的其他工作。
10.负责公司所回收化学废液的转运手续的申报。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境管理、化工相关专业；
2、具有3年以上工厂环境、安全管理工作经验，有安全工程师资格证书优先考虑；
3、熟悉安全、环境法律法规；
4、有政府资源者优先考虑。
