Responsibilities:
Daily web check:
• Key visuals, contents, categories, sorting, translations are correct make sure it is aligned with global & local strategy.
Data monitoring analysis:
• Learn to use basic e-commerce backend tools to extract user behavidata (e.g., browsing paths, conversion funnels).
• Daily / weekly sales data feedback: Compile basic sales reports by channel.
• Review of digital metrics such as traffic, conversions, searches analysis formulate/plan of improvements that can Support the sales (improve searches, open new categories etc).
Product management :
• Good understanding of products upcoming collection to identify potential ones fgreater sales, through requests of more initial stock and/replenishment, optimized exposure in web, weekly pushes, adaptation to local fashion trends & hot topics etc.
• Plan & identify next season upcoming products needs to request fspecial product development.
• Stock management follow up on stock levels.
• Coordinate preparation of the web in occasion of local commercial calendars promotion period (sales, D11, black Friday etc)
Marketing content operation:
•ganizing local marketing content materials performance tracking
• Basic maintenance across multiple platforms (official website, App, Tmall, etc.).
Communication with other functions:
• Daily communication with headquarters to transmit market situation, trend & needs as well as requests support their side, & global strategy.
• Frequent communication with channels team & marketing team to about menswear collection strategy direction.
• Be in contact with off-line team to know about physical store industry situation their sales / planning fbetter cohesions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years working in E-commerce, fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree above: majoring in fashion, designer, E-commerce business is a plus
• Fluent in English/Spanish is a plus
• Skills in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge about fashion industry/consumer insights
