一、工作内容：

2. 系统维护与优化：承担项目的日常运维与技术支撑，快速定位并解决线上/线下技术问题，持续进行性能调优与系统改进。

二、任职要求：
1. 基础要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
3年以上后端开发相关工作经验。
优秀的沟通协作能力、责任心、抗压能力及业务理解能力。
具有较高团队意识，有较强的沟通能力。
2. 核心技术能力：
扎实 Java 基础：深刻理解面向对象编程思想，熟练掌握 Java 核心语法、多线程、集合框架、JVM 原理等，并了解当前jdk高版本的特性。
主流框架使用：熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 及其常用生态组件（如 Nacos, Gateway, OpenFeign, Sentinel 等）。
数据库能力：熟练掌握 MySQL，Postgres，Oracle，达梦、金仓等主流数据库的使用与优化。
架构与设计：熟悉常用设计模式，熟悉 RESTful API 设计规范及微服务架构实践。
部署运维：熟悉容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes）及 CI/CD 流程。
3. 优先考虑条件 (加分项)：
具备 Flink, Spark, Hadoop 等大数据处理框架开发经验。
具备审计相关行业领域知识或项目经验。
有对接客户OA系统、数据中台、统一认证经验。
