Program Structure

Project Scope
· This 6-month project aims to enhance efficiency, safety, precision in laminate manufacturing. It will involve collaborating with Process Facility Engineers on Kaizen improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing principles, optimizing equipment/process performance to address inefficiencies in the production workflow.
What Youll Do:
· Lead Kaizen improvement projects in laminate manufacturing.
· Collaborating with Process Facility Engineers to enhance efficiency, safety, precision in the production workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
· Applying Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma principles to identify analyze inefficiencies in the production process.
· Conducting time studies gathering baseline metrics to validate process improvements.
· Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance teams to implement process adjustments.
· Tracking UPPH (Units Per Person Per Hour) presenting data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
