7、负责部门及业务线的技术规划与技术研究等工作；
8、完成部门安排的技术积累、技术分享、团队管理等工作；
9、根据公司需要，完成领导交办的相关工作。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，5 年及以上计算机相关领域开发经验；
2、具备 2 年及以上电信级项目开发经验者优先；有团队管理或带组经验者优先；
3、熟悉软件工程理论、计算机基础（数据结构、网络、操作系统、数据库）；
4、精通 Java 开发语言，掌握 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流开发框架；
5、精通 MySQL/Oracle 等数据库，熟悉 Redis 等中间件；
6、熟悉 Linux 操作系统，了解常用软件建模方法（如 UML）与设计模式。
7、能独立完成模块需求规格设计、高层 / 底层设计；
8、具备高质量 Java 编码能力，熟练进行单元测试与集成测试；
9、能独立解决复杂技术问题，具备系统部署与现网问题排查能力；
10、具备跨团队沟通协调能力，能清晰阐述技术方案并推动共识达成；
11、可识别跨模块非常规问题，独立总结解决方案；
12、政治素质好，遵守纪律，品行端正，爱岗敬业。
