职位概述
作为项目团队的核心实验成员，负责基于细胞模型的体外药物筛选与早研药效学评价工作。
主要职责
1. 根据主管工作安排，独立进行细胞生物学相关实验，能够对实验设计进行独立优化和调整，针对不同情况进行相应的实验方案优化。
2. 根据客户项目需求，查阅相关参考文献并提出实验方案。
3.熟练执行多种体外药理学检测（Assay），包括但不限于：细胞活力检测（CCK-8， MTT， CellTiter-Glo）、细胞凋亡检测、ELISA、荧光/化学发光检测、高内涵成像分析等。
4.对实验数据进行严谨的整理、统计分析，并撰写清晰、规范的实验报告。
5. 维护实验室日常运行，负责相关仪器设备的常规操作与维护。
与项目团队紧密合作，确保实验按时、高质量完成，并参与项目讨论和问题解决。
6. 完成主管安排的其他工作。
任职要求
1.硕士学历，细胞生物学、分子生物学、药理学、生物技术或相关生命科学领域。
2.2年及以上制药企业、生物技术公司或CRO的药物筛选或相关体外药理学研究工作经验。
3.熟练运用各种细胞培养技术和生化/细胞生物学检测方法（Assay）。
4.具备良好的实验记录习惯和数据分析能力。
5.强烈的责任心和职业道德，注重细节和数据质量；具备多任务处理能力，能在快节奏的研发环境中按时交付工作;乐于学习新技术，有独立解决问题的能力和探索精神。
