岗位职责：
1、负责纳米磷酸铁锂正极材料的性能研究与优化，包括电化学性能（容量、倍率、循环寿命）、物理性能（粒度分布、比表面积、振实密度）及安全性能的测试与改进。
2、主导新产品的量产试运行，评估量产条件，确定量产产品的规格及工艺流程，推动研发成果向规模化生产的转化。
3、运用DOE实验设计等方法，优化生产工艺参数，提升工序能力指数（Cpk），解决生产过程中的技术瓶颈，持续提高产品良率和一致性。
4、负责新工艺、新设备的导入验证，编制及更新工艺FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）、SOP（标准作业程序）等工艺文件，并对生产人员进行培训与指导。
5、对生产过程中的材料性能异常进行根因分析，从材料科学角度提出改善方案，并跟踪整改效果。

任职要求：
1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，材料科学与工程、材料化学、电化学、化学工程与工艺、新能源材料与器件等相关专业。硕士及以上学历者优先考虑。
2、具有2年以上锂电池正极材料（磷酸铁锂、三元等）研发或工艺工程经验，熟悉粉体材料表征方法及电化学测试技术。
3、优秀应届硕士毕业生亦可，课题方向需为锂电材料、纳米材料制备或电化学性能研究。
4、熟悉锂离子电池工作原理及材料体系，深刻理解材料微观结构与宏观性能的构效关系。
5、熟练使用Minitab、Origin、JMP等数据分析软件，具备较强的实验设计与数据分析能力
