1.EDFA光路设计与开发
负责EDFA光路系统的整体设计，包括泵浦激光器、掺铒光纤、波分复用器等核心组件的选型与布局。优化光路结构，提升增益平坦度、噪声系数等关键性能指标。
2.调试与性能验证
主导EDFA样机的装配与调试，解决光纤熔接、盘纤插损等技术问题。
3. 跨部门协作
与硬件工程师、测试工程师紧密合作，确保光路设计与电路、结构设计的兼容性。
参与产品量产前的技术评审，提供光路可靠性评估报告。
4. 技术文档与支持
编写设计规范、测试报告及技术文档，支持专利申请与客户需求响应
任职资格要求：
1. 教育背景，本科及以上学历，光学工程、光电子技术、物理电子学或相关专业。
2. 工作经验，5年以上光通信领域工作经验，其中至少3年专注于EDFA或光纤放大器设计。
