岗位职责
1、负责动力电池模组、模组、电池包系统结构静力学分析、随机振动、机械冲击、挤压等仿真分析，通过仿真手段找出pack结构设计薄弱点，输出分析报告，给出改进方案优化；
2、处理电池系统的几何模型，进行简化和网格划分；
3、与结构、电气、热管理工程师协作，通过仿真结果提出设计改进建议（如结构轻量化、冷却流道优化、模组排列方式等）；
4、负责试验结果与仿真结果的对标工作，通过拓扑优化、形貌优化等分析技术指导前期设计；
5、收集CAE分析前沿技术，持续优化仿真流程和内容；
6、根据CAE仿真技术经验累积，协助进行材料库、边界条件库、验证案例库等材料库的搭建。
任职要求
1、有电池系统（PACK）结构仿真项目经验，能够独立完成从模型搭建到结果分析的全流程工作。2、熟悉电池系统在车辆工况下的结构性能要求；3、熟练掌握结构强度、刚度、振动、冲击、疲劳等仿真分析方法；4、精通至少一种主流结构仿真软件。
