3、Java编码能力强，基本功扎实，对集合、IO、多线程、日常工具包等能够灵活使用。
4、精通Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、SpringCoud Alibaba、Dubbo、Nacos、Mybatis等框架，对框架本身有深入了解，具备良好识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力。
5、熟悉Redis、Elasticsearch、Kafka，ZooKeeper、RabbitMQ等中间件，并了解其运行机制；掌握JavaScript、CSS3、XML、AJAX等知识，能够灵活运用。
6、熟练应用Linux操作系统和Shell指令。
7、熟悉GIT等版本管理软件。
8、熟悉Oracle、Mysql等大型数据库中的一种或多种，熟练编写SQL语句，具备优秀的数据建模能力和数据库问题定位、性能调优经验。
9、熟悉软件设计流程和软件工程规范，具备编写良好而规范的设计和技术文档的能力。
10、对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力。
