ACCOUNTABILITY:
Drive the advancement of Estane business objectives by overseeing the pilot line run
transition of new product developments commercial production. Innovate implement Lubrizols Most Effective Technology (MET) to enhance our processes. Utilize Process Technology to achieve continuous improvements in the Estane TPU manufacturing operations in APAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Champion the Estane business strategy by executing regional initiatives under the Estane TPU Business Technology Plan (BTP), utilizing the Lubrizol stage-gate model (PPMP) managing the scale up of new products/process.
Define implement Most Effective Technology (MET) fEstane TPU manufacturing. Solving process technology problems through process fundamental exploration, DOE, adoption of new technologies, equipment, methodologies
Lead the project management of strategic Process Technology projects.
Collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams including R&D scientists, process engineers, account managers product management to deliver successful scale-up on new existing products.
Ensure strict compliance with all internal external Lubrizol HSE policies standards.
Develop implement data-driven processes to improve the manufacturing process deliver enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced costs.
Apply extensive process technology expertise to serve as an AP TPU process expert, promoting best practices leveraging technology across Global. maintaining close collaboration with the global process technology fellow team.
Design, execute, analyze, document on technical results, providing clear actionable insights to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Skills, Experience Qualifications:
Advanced education degree in chemical engineering, Polymer materials Engineering other related majors.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Chemical Polymer industry, with a focused experience on process optimization/development product technology development.
Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD, MATAB) data statistical analysis using Minitab is a plus
Demonstrated success in delivering technology enhancements process optimizations.
Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills, with fluency in bothal written English to collaborate effectively across global/regional teams.
Strategic vision to identify, prioritize, capitalize on process optimization opportunities.
