ACCOUNTABILITY:
Technical service application development activities in Asia. He She should provide sufficient technical support to mainly painting protection film (PPF) business-related customers other TPU customers in Asia with business needs by problem solving, product recommendation technical consulting; working together with PPF team to identify the new development opportunities, set up the application development plan fulfil the application development projects according to project milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Fulfil the day-to-day technical service operation which include customer visit, troubleshooting on-site, sales project supporting, so on.
· Lead regional PPMP projects as technical leader, monitreport milestone timely effectively.
· Development strong customer bonding through customer problem-solving, product recommendation, sales project development execution with deelpy technical cooperation with OEM processor.
· Fulfill technical work request, design experiment, perform lab bench work to analysis write up report to meet technical targets of customer projects.
· Develop related application processing skill knowledge, train customer’s technician in lab provide technical service/ trouble shooting in the field, including material technoligy, process guidance application study fPPF other TPU applications.
· Work closely with commercial team customer on the new application development opportunities exploration, feasibilities study project implementation.
· Define the planning prioritization of projects manage the execution of the plan in line with PPF TPU project guidelines, ensure that project objectives, deliverables, milestones are met, within the agreed budget, timing quality standards.
· Develop the customized test protocols / simulation capabilities the application database.
· Give the technical presentation to customers commercial partners, keep close contact with the industry be updated with the latest technology developments.
· Keep communication with Lubrizol technical community, updated on new applications development new processing technology development activities. Ensure new technologies transfer support on existing technology is provided to the other regions. Support requirements with other technical personnel in the region.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
· Master’s Degree above in chemistry polymer related field.
· Have a deep understanding of marketing concepts, ability to transfer the actual customer application requirements material requirement.
· Extrusion processing technology molding technology will be preferred.
· Master with minimum of 5 years Doctwith minimum of 3 years of professional experience
· Preferably deep understanding of film application.
· In-depth understanding of polymer structure-processing-property relationship.
· Strong analytical problem anticipation & solving skills; innovative, creative agility to think outside the box of common sense generate novel technical approaches.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication, presentation, listening skills; ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences (internal & external), strongly influence convince team members to make right decisions together.
· Highly motivated towards goals & objectives.
· Excellentganization planning skills; multi-tasking.
· Fluency inal written English communication good presentation skills are needed.
