· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System, Supply Chain, related field. · Proven experience in Logistic supply chain related, especially logistic freight management system implementation. · Strong analytical thinking attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering clean, accurate, actionable plan. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements clear technical specifications analytical solutions. · Effective stakeholder management, capable of working with both technical non-technical audiences to gather requirements, deliver insights, drive data-driven decisions. · Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile, Scrum, other project-based environments, with an ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines.
· Minimum of 10 years in logistic, transportation, freight system delivery & management 5+ years in senileadership role. · Hands-on experience integrating operational platform with Financial/ERP, Customer/Business Partner systems.
· Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, vendmanagement, cross-functional program leadership. · Experience in low-maturity business environments where structure process must be introduced implemented without over engineering.
