任职资格：

2. 扎实的Java基础，深入理解JVM、多线程、网络编程等核心机制。
3. 精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 微服务架构及 MySQL，具备优秀的SQL优化能力。
4. 有主流中间件使用经验，如 Redis（缓存）、Kafka/RocketMQ（消息队列）、Elasticsearch（搜索）等。
5. 熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握 RESTful API 设计，了解常用设计模式。
6. 熟练使用 Git、Maven/Gradle、IDEA 及 Linux 开发环境。
