3.熟悉主流Java开发框架，如Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis等；精通微服务架构，有基于Springboot+SpringCloud的微服务项目实际开发经验；
4.具备强烈的责任意识，高度的责任心，较强的沟通、协调能力及自我驱动力，能够承受较强的工作压力，具有团队合作精神；
5.【硬性要求】必须有AI研发提效、Prompt优化、多Agent智能体开发、RAG应用开发、大模型微调至少3个方向的生产级别落地经验
