岗位职责：
1.受理用户相关咨询与问题反馈，包括系统使用问题、数据相关问题等，主动协助用户顺利使用系统；
2.建立问题跟踪台账，及时响应并推进问题解决，提升审计人员使用体验；
3.定期收集、整理用户提出的系统优化建议及新增需求，形成需求汇总文档反馈至项目团队；
4.负责组织开展用户培训工作，编制培训材料，指导用户熟练掌握系统功能及操作规范；
5.定期汇总运维问题，分析问题根源，提出系统优化建议，支撑审计工作高效开展；
6.配合信息安全管理工作，及时推进漏洞修复，保障项目系统和审计数据的安全合规。

任职要求：
1. 教育背景：计算机相关专业（计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程等）大专及以上学历。
2. 工作经验：1-3年及以上项目运维相关工作经验，熟悉项目全生命周期的运维流程，有数字审计、政务信息化或相关行业项目运维经验者优先。
3. 专业技能：熟悉Windows、Linux等主流操作系统的安装、配置、优化及故障排查；了解数字审计相关系统的运维特点者优先；
4. 掌握MySQL数据库的日常运维、备份恢复、性能优化基础技能；有国产数据库相关经验者优先；
5. 素质要求：
1）具备强烈的责任心和敬业精神，工作严谨细致，有良好的问题排查和分析能力；
2）具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，能够高效配合项目团队完成各项工作；
3）具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力，能够适应紧急故障处理等突发情况，接受必要的加班；
