职责描述：
1、根据公司战略落实机构销售策略和目标，落实机构销售计划和营销方案；
2、根据公司提供的销售资源，负责金融机构、保险、信托、券商、三方等机构客户、超高净值个人客户的维护和服务工作，包括客户走访、协调投研人员安排路演、向客户提供投资建议与市场咨询、协助客户完成项目成立等工作；
3、根据领导安排落实各类讲座、研讨会和宣传推介活动等；
4、做好客户拜访和接待记录，会后客户跟踪工作，做好客户反馈信息的整理、总结、及时反馈新项目等信息；
5、做好与销售支持同事、其他机构销售同事等协调沟通等工作。

任职要求：
1、金融、经济、财务、营销等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有基金从业资格证；
2、有3年以上证券/股权类基金产品的销售经验，有私募基金发行销售经验者优先；
3、具有银行私行、理财子、保险资管、信托等行业资源及客户资源优先；
4、具备扎实的金融行业知识，对基金市场各类机构客户特点具有深刻的了解和掌控；
5、具有较强的开拓创新意识和执行能力，沟通能力强，并能承受压力和挑战，积极进取。
