Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute engineering builds pilot trials, ensuring materials, fixtures, equipment are fully prepared feach build stage.
2. Support production lines during trials by identifying assembly issues, resolving process bottlenecks, ensuring smooth build execution.
3. Validate process stability, drive FPY improvement, support failure analysis, ensure readiness fmass‑production ramp.
4. maintain accurate Manufacturing BOMs in PLM; manage ECR/CAF changes; verify SOPs Work Instructions foperatclarity.
5. Plan conduct Design of Experiments, execute DVTP test items, analyse results, drive corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
6. Collaborate with failure analysis teams to investigate defects, collect data, run confirmation experiments, implement permanent fixes.
7. Build, screen, validate golden samples aesthetic/functional limit samples to meet customer approval standards.
8. Support customer reports updates; work closely with QA/QC, Mold Engineering, Production, Sourcing to resolve technical quality issues.
Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s degree. Majin Mechanical Engineering, Plastics/Polymer Engineering, a related technical discipline.
2. 3-5 years of experience in product engineering manufacturing engineering.
3. Experience in Consumer Electronics Small Home Appliances is highly preferred.
4. Experience with Plastic Injection Molding high-volume assembly lines.
5. Strong understanding of BOM structures PLM systems.
6. Hands-on experience creating running DOEs.
7. Knowledge of product process development fthe high-volume production line.
8. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, NX) freviewing designs fixtures.
9. Good verbal written English communication skills.
10. Detail-oriented, especially regarding documentation sample quality.
11. Strong "hands-on" attitude—willing to spend time on the production line
