5、学习新技术、研究新方法、优化现有系统。

职位要求：
1、统招本科，具有3年及以上大数据相关平台开发工作经验；
2、熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Storm、YARN、Zookeeper、Nifi、Solr等大数据平台开源软件，熟悉MapReduce的使用，有实际项目经验；
3、熟练使用传统关系型数据库(Oracle、MySQL、SQL server其中之一)。熟悉NoSQL数据库(mongo DB、HBase等)的使用；
4、有大型分布式系统的技术架构经验者优先；
5、强烈的责任心和良好的团队精神、较好沟通能力、拥有优秀的逻辑思维能力。有攻坚克难的决心和热情；
