Your tasks
Support the execution all go-to market strategy fthe segment build theganization able to execute segment strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with internal external policies & procedures. Support profitable growth of the two segments in line with the segment BA strategy.

You ensure
Management leadership
61 Maintains a sound plan of theganization proposes implements changes inganization structure as required
61 Appraises evaluates the results of overall operations regularly reports these results to the Customer Service head
61 Ensures thatganization policies are uniformly understood properly interpreted administered
61 Reviews approves internal policies controls the communication of reliable management operating information


Business
61 Safeguards committed standards of quality guidelines (internal external), quality awareness, customer quality targets observes customer care commitments
61 Ensures feedback on customer satisfaction escalation throughout CT BA segment fimprovements
61 Plays an active leadership role in the Customer Service to promote drive customer centricity
61 Administration of distributprograms, policies including Elite, MAPP including direct customer interaction.
61 Administration of rebates, commissions special commercial terms
61 All majcustomer communications including mailing lists, majlaunches, price increase notices.
61 Monitoring audit all customer annual volume, CTS, Elite related incentive rebates.
System Maintenance
61 Customer master data management
61 Administration of contracts agreements with customers
61 Manage customer masters all content, reports in CRM salesforce


Qualifications
61 Bachelors degree
61 10 years professional experience in sales administration commercial management
61 Project management experience in majprojects, especially in international business environment
61 Leading responsibility experience min. 5 years
61 At least 3 years international business experience
