职责描述:
The Government Affairs Manager role will support the Head of Government Affairs in executing the government affairs strategy, focusing on policy monitoring, stakeholder engagement, effective communication.
1. Monitanalyze key government initiatives, regulatory developments, policy changes in China, provide regular briefings insights to the Head of Government Affairs the China leadership team.
2. Assist in mapping documenting relationships with government industry stakeholders, develop strategies to enhance these relationships, coordinate meetings events while maintaining a database of interactions.
3. Act as a key contact fgovernment affairs within Kraft Heinz China, collaborate with the communications team to develop internal materials, facilitate meetings briefings with internal stakeholders.
4. Support external communications with government bodies industry associations, assist in drafting external communications materials, coordinate media inquiries related to government affairs.
5. Support the development implementation of ESG programs, collaborate with internal functions to align ESG efforts with government affairs strategies, monitESG trends to identify opportunities fKraft Heinz China.
6. Assist in developing implementing the crisis management framework, participate in crisis drills exercises, provide support during actual crises, including communication engagement with stakeholders.
任职资格:
1. At least 8 years of corporate communication working experience in MNC, FMCG will be a plus.
2. Bachelor’s degree above.
3. Good experience on government relationship, corporate communication, crisis management.
4. Independent mature personality with strong commitment in excellence.
5. Strong interpersonal presentation skills.
6. Uncompromising integrity, ability to think strategically act resultiented.
7. Ability to handle multi tasks, work under pressure meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent written verbal communication skills in Mandarin English.
