SeniBackend Engineer - App Distribution

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate highly experienced SeniSoftware Engineer to join our App Distribution team contribute to building an exceptional app distribution platform. You will be responsible fdesigning, developing, maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems to support core functions such as app search, recommendations, ranking, providing users with accurate efficient app distribution experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible fthe architecture design, development, optimization of the watch face/app store functionality within Zepp devices, including core modules such as search, recommendations, ranking.
- Deeply understbusiness requirements translate them high-quality technical solutions, taking ownership of their implementation.
- Responsible fcore code writing code reviews to ensure code quality system stability.
- Optimize system performance, solve performance bottlenecks under high concurrency large data volumes, improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, algorithm engineers, product managers to drive product iteration innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge industry technologies apply them to real-world projects to enhance the teams technical competitiveness.
- Participate in technology selection technical risk assessment to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
- Mentguide juniengineers, enhancing the overall technical level of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree higher in Computer Science a related field with 5+ years of backend development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the app distribution field, with a solid understanding of best practices common issues in the domain.
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language such as Java/Go/Python, with a solid programming foundation good coding practices.
- Deep understanding of distributed system principles familiar with common distributed technologies such as caching, message queues, distributed databases.
- Experience in search, recommendation, ranking algorithms is preferred.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills the ability to independently complete complex technical tasks.
- Possess excellent communication teamwork skills, be able to actively collaborate with team members.
- Experience in related industries such as advertising platforms is preferred.
- Passionate about technology, with a strong willingness to learn self-motivation.
