2、具有优秀的镜头感和审美，对镜头的把握控力强，能准确解读脚本和分镜故事版。
3、能够适应不同的镜头风格和叙事题材（多人战斗的炫酷玩法演绎、休闲宠物等温馨有趣的互动表演、时装外观的视觉奇观包装等）。
4、热爱艺术创作和ACG，对于动画PV、CG、番剧电影等有比较多的涉猎。阅片量广，面对高难度镜头有清晰的3Dlayout实现思路或参考对标，有想法并能落实和完成。
5、沟通能力强，能够清晰准确地理解需求和反馈，并表达自己的创意想法。
6、对unity的timeline模块有一定了解的优先。
7、对主流游戏有游玩经验的优先。

岗位职责：
1、根据导演的思路，结合文字脚本或2D分镜，在max中设计制作游戏外宣视频的3Dlayout。把控镜头节奏和表演调度，突出玩法特色卖点和核心气质。
2、与导演一起，参与具体的动作设计、动捕、跟进layout落地到引擎内的实现效果。
3、手K制作部分强表现性镜头的3Dlayout。
4、高品质实现甚至超越2D分镜的视听表达。主动针对3D资产情况和工期成本来优化镜头调度
