岗位职责

2. 参与 Agent 与大模型、知识库、第三方系统的集成，优化智能体执行逻辑与效率。

3. 负责 AI 业务场景开发：数据处理、模型推理、接口服务开发，保证高可用与高性能。

4. 参与技术方案评审、代码审查，持续优化架构，解决开发难点。

5. 协同算法、产品团队完成 AI 能力落地，并负责线上问题排查与稳定性保障。

6. 跟踪 Agent/LLM 领域技术趋势，落地业务创新方案。

任职要求

1. 1. 985/211 或 QS 前 500 本科及以上，计算机/AI 相关专业。

2. 2 年及以上 Python 开发经验，能独立完成模块开发。

3. 有 AI/Agent 实际项目经验，熟悉 ReAct、AutoGPT 等思路，使用过 LangChain / LlamaIndex。

4. 熟悉主流大模型 API 接入与应用开发，了解 RAG、知识库构建优先。

5. 熟练使用 FastAPI/Flask、pandas、numpy 等常用库，熟悉 Git 开发流程。

6. 具备良好工程化意识，逻辑清晰，学习能力强。
