3.熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes，掌握CI/CD/CM/CT/CS 等Devops技术栈知识, 有实际项目使用经验；
4、熟悉分布式系统，对分布式系统、分布式数据库、分布式文件系统等有深刻的理解，能够实现高并发和高可用的分布式系统架构，有高并发场景处理经验；
5、精通Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis，对源码有深入研究。
6、熟悉常用数据库技术，例如MySQL,达梦等，能够设计和优化数据库表结构，精通SQL语句优化；
7、有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，责任心强，善于学习，善于沟通和表达，有良好的团队合作意识。
