5.具有独立分析和解决复杂技术问题能力
6.对新信息、新知识具有相当敏感性，能够迅速更新自身知识内容，善于跳出舒适区，具备创新精神
7.熟悉规则引擎、熟悉全媒体联络中心或呼叫中心(了解sip、webrtc)、智能语音对话机器人、低代码流程设计器、人工智能工程化实践经验者优先
