1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业

2、1年以上移动客户端开发工作经验

3、熟悉Java及kotlin开发语言、常用算法和数据结构，熟练使用常用的面向对象设计模式

4、了解Android多线程编程原理，熟悉线程池的使用

5、熟悉TCP/UDP协议网络编程编程、Shell脚本

6、熟练使用Git/Android Studio/adb等常用工具

7、熟悉android下的性能调优，对android 自定义控件、动画有丰富经验

8、熟练使用多种常用设计模式，具备扎实的编程功底和良好的编程习惯，具备良好的设计文档撰写能力

9、有良好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力及分析问题解决问题能力，有强烈的责任感和上进心，能主动融入团队

1、熟悉Android Framework及JNI开发、调试，具有系统源码阅读及修改能力
