岗位职责：
1、主要负责注塑新模具和新产品的试模打样。
2、负责注塑打样前的准备工作，提交所需原料、色粉（或色母）的请购。
3、与IE工程师充分沟通打样所需工装治具、夹具、吸盘的设计和制作。
4、记录打样工艺参数，编制和管理车间的工艺单，协助处理大货生产中的技术问题。
5、服从工作安排，包括参与大货生产产品调试。

岗位要求：
1、2年以上化妆品注塑件调试经验，熟练使用各种型号的注塑机、模温机、温控箱等。
2、熟知化妆品塑料容器的外观检验要求，会分析和处理产品调试过程中的“疑难杂症”。
3、熟悉ABS、AS、PP、PET、PETG等原料性能，熟悉色母或色粉添加比例。
4、工作认真负责，服从管理，动手能力强，日事日清愿意加班。
5、高中以上学历，熟悉化妆品塑料模具结构和会制作吸盘、夹具者优先。
