【岗位职责】

4、熟悉Oracle、MySQL、分布式数据库其中一种，有过数据库优化经验加分；
5、熟悉主流缓存技术，redis，memcache；
6、学信网可查的大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。
工作职责:
1、参与保险对公业务核心系统服务端的框架设计、程序开发和开发文档编写工作；
2、协助测试，分析并解决开发过程中的各种问题；
3、对系统进行持续重构与优化，提升性能、可靠性和可维护性；
【任职资格】
1、大专及以上学历，5年以上软件研发经验，做过保险项目优先；
2、精通 J2EE技术栈的主流技术。
3、精通tomcat等应用服务器。
4、精通spring、springboot、springcloud、mybatis等开源框架。
5、精通linux系统上的安装部署、配置及性能调优。
6、精通MySQL或ORACLE数据库技术，对数据库的调优丰富经验。
7、精通OOD、OOP及软件架构设计模式，至少熟悉UML及Visio/Rational Rose/PowerDesigner中一种设计工具。
8、熟悉软件工程思想与软件设计开发流程。
