任职要求：
1、5年以上开发经验。熟悉分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用系统设计、开发和调优。
2、熟悉系统分析与设计、数据结构和设计模式，熟悉服务器集群、消息队列、负载均衡、分布式系统监控和调优、网站安全等技术
3、精通Java，精通Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Mvc，Spring Cloud alibaba，MyBatis，Nginx，Tomcat；熟悉Linux/Unix系统，熟悉Maven、Docker等工具。
4、工作认真负责，积极主动，责任感强，追求质量；能承担较大压力；逻辑严谨，思路清晰，擅长沟通，有团队合作精神；
5、具有良好的需求理解能力、文档编写与方案编制能力，具备良好的文档编制习惯和代码书写规范

1、研究过开源框架源码，有过源码阅读经验。
