5、较好的计算机基础知识和系统设计实施能力，了解远程通信，消息队列，海量数据，分布式缓存，Kubernetes，容器化等技术；
6、精通Linux系统，熟悉TCP/IP Networking；
7、有良好的软件开发素养，能贯彻实施敏捷、测试驱动和持续集成的开发模式；
8、有大数据系统项目经验，掌握如何搭建分布式处理系统，有海量数据处理和分析经验者优先。
