岗位职责:
1、全流程画质算法负责：独立承接相机项目ISP画质全链路优化、调优迭代、问题攻关直至量产落地，使用 Matlab/Python仿真，解决低光噪点、过曝、色偏、频闪等各类画质缺陷，输出算法设计文档。
2、主流ISP平台适配调试：基于主流平台完成算法移植、寄存器配置与参数调试，平衡画质、帧率、功耗、内存，保障算法稳定量产运行。
3、全场景画质调优3A策略开发：覆盖暗光、逆光、高速运动等复杂场景整机调优；独立调试 AE/AF/AWB 整套 3A 控制逻辑，解决曝光震荡、对焦漂移、闪灯联动异常，保证成像稳定观感统一。
4、画质问题闭环攻关：全周期定位区分光学/硬件/算法类成像根因，输出整改优化方案，沉淀问题排查方法。
5、项目协同与进度管理：联动硬件、模组、测试完成器件验证、产线标定、参数固化；管控项目进度，输出画质评测迭代报告。
6、技术沉淀与效率提升：沉淀标准化ISP参数模板、适配方案、手册；开发自动化调测脚本，搭建实验室，提升团队调优效率。

任职要求：
1、硕士，电子信息、计算机相关专业；有5年ISP算法研发调优经验。
2、精通 ISP 完整成像链路与降噪、HDR、色彩校正等核心模块，熟练3A控制策略；掌握CMOS成像、噪声模型、画质主客观评价体系。
3、会Matlab/Python算法仿真验证，懂C/C++嵌入式算法优化；熟练Imatest、照度箱等测试设备，有ISP平台调参迭代。
4、具备从调优到量产完整项目经验，能独立解决暗光、运动等复杂画质问题，熟悉产线标定与量产一致性优化。
5、逻辑清晰，有较强的技术攻关能力。
