2. 市场推广与客户拜访：执行每日客户拜访计划，规划并优化核心客户拜访路线，通过现场沟通进行营销维护与客户关系深化，推动客户下单。
3. 新客户开发与流失客户召回：积极开拓新客户，在拜访路线中识别并注册潜在客户；同时对流失客户进行拜访与沟通，实施有效召回策略。
4. 销售推动与催单：针对核心及高频客户进行重点跟进与催单，促进订单达成，提升销售业绩。
5. 订单履约与物流跟进：负责每日订单的查看与确认，协同物流团队跟进送货进度，处理物流异常，协助新司机熟悉点位与卸货流程，确保履约顺利。
6. 内部协调与会议参与：参与区域会议，协同内部团队处理物流服务商报备、投诉及询价事宜，并及时向客户反馈相关信息。
7. 完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。
8. 有生鲜零售门店员/店长工作经验。
任职要求：
1. 高中及以上学历。
2. 有1年及以上生鲜行业销售经验优先。
3. 具备较强的销售与谈判能力，以及出色的沟通技巧和协调能力。
4. 具备优秀的开拓新业务的能力，能够独立且有效地拓展工作。
5. 乐观开朗，积极向上，具备主动开拓精神与抗压能力。
6. 具备较强的学习能力，思维敏捷，有一定的项目管理与协调能力。
7. 有车优先。
