岗位职责：

任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历；6年以上java开发经验，3年以上架构设计经验；
2. 熟练掌握数据结构及算法，java相关技术以及原理，熟悉各种设计模式；
3、熟悉数据库Mysql，熟悉Spring，SpringBoot ,SpringCloud, MyBatis等开源框架；
4、熟练掌握常用数据库MYSQL、ORACLE的开发，有一定的数据库设计经验，能对SQL进行性能调优，对NOSQL技术有一定了解；
5、具备系统调优、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力；
6、熟悉整个软件过程，能够沟通需求、控制项目进度，有良好的文档能力；
7、有良好的组件级建模能力，熟悉NoSQL、MQ、Redis 、Cache、TCP/IP原理，能够设计复杂业务、高并发、大数据量的系统；
8、表达能力强，思路清晰，责任心强，学习能力强，上进心强；
