职责描述：
1、在软件项目经理的领导下，配合完成程序设计和开发；
2、参与核心业务系统的技术规划和业务规划工作，深入理解业务需求，抽象系统模型，进行系统设计及开发工作；
3、协助负责与各部门沟通协调人事相关的工作；
4、分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题；
5、针对源码进行bug修复和设计需求进行调整；
6、指导初级别工程师成长，在保障系统的稳定性，可维护性的基础上，快速响应业务需求；
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；
2、熟悉dubbo、SpringCloud分布式环境的搭建开发；
3、精通spring、servlet、jdbc、mybatis等开源框架，熟悉常用的设计模式；
4、熟悉常用数据结构和基础算法；
5、了解kafka，rocketmq ，redis等应用场景及原理；
6、熟悉Linux/Unix系统，熟悉Maven、Git使用；
7、有技术热情和较强的学习能力，具有良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力、抗压能力，对代码洁癖者优先。
