【岗位职责】
1.对公司现有制度、流程进行梳理、整合和调整，建立系统化的流程体系；
2.跟踪、监控、分析与评估公司各流程运行效果，针对制度、流程执行过程中发现的疏漏和缺陷，提出完善和优化的合理化建议，并执行讨论和优化。
【质量管理】
1.协助项目组进行过程裁剪和细化；
2.制定项目质量保证计划，引导并指导项目组按公司的标准体系开展项目工作；
3.负责项目日常和阶段的质量审计工作，并记录不符合项，跟踪不符合项的解决情况，确保及时关闭；
4.负责提供或审核项目的度量数据；
5.定期输出QA审计报告和工作报告，为项目组提供质量改进建议，并跟踪改进建议的实际情况，确保被执行；
6.负责收集过程改进意见，并协助EPG修订体系文档；
7.定期开展客户满意度调查工作；
8.负责完成QA组长下发的工作任务。
【技能要求】
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验，有项目管理或流程标准化管理等相关经验；
2、具有较好的统筹、计划和执行能力，能独立完成流程设计、流程优化、流程再造等流程体系建设；
3、了解企业各职能部门的工作特点和职责，熟悉制度流程体系管理；
4、具有良好的表达能力、文档撰写能力，能够编写制度文件和工作流程；
5、电脑操作熟练，精通办公软件，工作效率高。
6、有参与CMMI/ISO9000/ ISO27001/ ISO20000相认证工作优先。
