3、具备ETL工具二次开发能力，能通过脚本或插件扩展工具功能。
4、扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉Spring生态（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等），具备后端开发经验。
5、熟悉大数据技术生态（如Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka等），有实际项目应用经验。
6、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度和问题解决能力，能独立完成复杂ETL任务设计。
