3.熟悉layout布局布线流程，基本思路和分析方法，会处理布局布线过程中各种电流，电压，可靠性，匹配，抗干扰，寄生优化，验证等方面的专业问题。
4.具有积极向上的学习心态，吃苦耐劳，脚踏实地，精益求精的工匠精神和团队协作精神
