4、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用LVM、Parted、Systemd等工具，了解文件系统、Cache等子模块；
5、能够理解系统架构，针对需求拆分出不同模块，带领初级员工完成模块级别的需求开发；
6、熟悉常用数据结构计算法，计算机基础扎实；
7、自我学习能力强，分析解决问题能力强，善于沟通交流，有责任感，有团队协作精神，对新技术敏感。
