【岗位职责】
1、维护和升级现有软件产品，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷；
2、深入理解业务需求，参与需求评审，负责根据产品文档进行功能实现设计；负责制定开发计划；
3、根据制定的开发计划，能按时、独立、高质量地完成工作；
4、对自己的代码要求严格；能解决复杂的技术问题；
5、指导初级程序员工作，并负责Code Review；
6、定期对系统进行优化，合理的重构系统模块。

【任职资格】
1、统招本科以上，具备3年及以上独立三方基金销售公司相关研发工作经验；
2、JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、网络通讯、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；
3、掌握Linux操作系统和大型数据库；有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力；对于你用的开源框架，能了解到它的原理和机制；
4、熟悉spring cloud微服务体系，熟悉分库分表方案和相关中间件有实际经验。熟悉常用缓存架构和相关中间件。熟悉互联网高并发高可用架构方案；
5、具有优秀的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力；
6、对工程师技术文化身体力行，让团队成员在你的影响下取得成长，为团队引入创新的技术.创新的解决方案，用创新的思路解决问题；
8、熟悉基金销售业务流程、机构销售场景及相关监管要求，有基金销售系统、机构销售系统开发经验者优先。
