【岗位职责】
1、基于Unity3D引擎进行游戏开发；
2、独立负责游戏中各个功能模块的程序设计和实现；
3、优化客户端的现实效果，保证客户端稳定性和高效性；
4、与美术策划团队沟通配合，理解游戏设计方案，为其提供必要的技术支持；
5、与其他技术人员配合共同完成相关模块开发，互相学习交流；
6、运用AI工具提升开发效率，包括代码生成、文档生成和工具链搭建等；
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、多媒体技术等相关专业；
2、3年以上Unity3D的游戏开发经验，熟悉Unity3D引擎架构设计，能熟练使用Unity3D制作场景、UI及脚本
3、熟练掌握常用的数据结构和算法；
4、有过安卓，ios或小游戏平台打包经验；
5、有AI编程工具（如Cursor、Trae等）辅助开发的经验，能高效利用AI工具解决实际开发问题；
6、良好的团队精神，沟通能力及一定的组织协调能力；
7、热爱游戏事业，有较强的自学能力和责任心，能承担一定的工作压力。
