岗位职责：
1、负责面向垂直行业的大模型应用与智能 Agent 的核心开发工作。
2、基于 Java 技术栈，完成 Agent（如ReActAgent、任务规划 Agent、多模态 Agent）的核心模块设计、开发与迭代。
3、基于主流大模型（如 LLM、VL、rerank、embedding 等）进行应用层开发，构建面向结构化数据的Agent应用。
4、结合业务设计高效提示词策略，包括指令优化、角色设定、few-shot 示例构建等，提升模型响应精准度与逻辑性。
5、负责上下文工程的设计与实现，记忆管理、上下文窗口动态裁剪、信息提取与复用等机制，保障多轮交互的连贯性与上下文感知能力。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。
2、5 年以上开发经验，1年以上大模型相关应用开发经验。
3、Java基础扎实，熟练使用Spring Boot、Kafka、Redis、Mongo、PostgreSql、响应式编程等技术。
4、具备企业级大模型应用、Agent 开发经验，能独立处理从需求到上线的全过程。
5、熟练使用SpringAI alibaba、Agentscope、Langchain4j等agent开源框架，阅读过源码的更优。
6、掌握 MCP、Function Calling、A2A、SKills、OpenAI、AG-UI等相关协议与能力，有一定的自己的理解。
7、可接受短期出差。
