岗位职责：
1、负责面向垂直行业的大模型应用与智能 Agent 的核心开发工作。
2、基于 Python 技术栈，完成智能 Agent（如对话 Agent、任务调度 Agent、多模态 Agent）的核心模块设计、开发与迭代。
3、基于主流大模型（如 LLM、多模态、rerank、embedding 等）进行应用层开发，构建面向结构化数据的Agent应用。
4、结合业务设计高效提示词策略，包括指令优化、角色设定、few-shot 示例构建等，提升模型响应精准度与逻辑性。
5、负责上下文工程的设计与实现，记忆管理、上下文窗口动态裁剪、信息提取与复用等机制，保障多轮交互的连贯性与上下文感知能力。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。
2、5 年以上Python 开发经验，Python基础扎实、熟悉Python高级特性、设计模式，具备其他语言能力比如Java、Go更好。
3、具备企业级大模型应用、Agent 开发或 RAG 项目落地经验，能独立处理从需求到上线全过程。
4、熟悉主流大模型的 API 调用流程，了解大模型核心原理（如 Transformer 架构、多头注意力机制等）。
5、掌握 MCP、Function Calling、A2A、Skills、AG- UI等相关协议与能力，熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、Pandas 等其他Python 生态常用库。
6、能接受短期出差。
