一、岗位职责
1、根据项目开发计划，独立完成需求文档的功能开发及单元测试，并负责编写与功能相关的技术文档；
2、严格按照公司规定的流程、标准及规范进行代码编写；
3、配合测试人员测试并修复相关bug，改善，维护和优化产品的质量和性能，提升用户体验；
4、其他上级交办的工作。
二、任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、3年及以上的Java研发经验，熟悉Java面向对象编程、熟悉Java 8新特性、了解常用的数据结构及算法；
3、能熟练使用Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Mybatis、Nacos等开发框架，并了解SpringCloud及相关组件；
4、能熟练使用Oracle或MySQL等主流的数据库，有扎实的SQL基础；并熟悉Redis、MongoDB等非关系型数据库；
5、对Restful接口设计开发有一定的理解，熟悉常用的前端框架；
6、能熟练使用Maven、Git、SVN、Eclipse及IDEA等相关的开发工具、熟悉常用的Linux命令；
7、态度端正，有良好表达和总结能力，肯吃苦耐劳，有责任心和团队精神，乐于帮助同事；
8、有良好的编码习惯，有较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力及分析解决问题能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
9、参与过敏捷研发，能够通过技术或工具提高项目质量和开发效率；
10、有支付行业或互联网金融行业开发经验者优先。
