岗位职责
1.负责公司在越南市场的业务拓展与项目跟进，重点面向电力行业客户，优先推动AMI/远程抄表及通信方案相关业务落地。
2.面向电力公司、系统集成商、渠道合作伙伴及重点行业客户，推广公司智能表计、集中器、通信模组、AMI系统及相关通信解决方案。
3.结合客户需求，开展产品介绍、方案交流、技术支持及商务配合，协助推动项目测试、试点、投标及实施落地。
4.配合客户完成产品选型、技术澄清、方案匹配、测试验证、现场问题沟通及项目交付支持。
5.跟进项目全流程，协调公司内部产品、研发、解决方案、交付及售后团队，推动项目顺利落地。
6.收集并分析越南市场动态、客户需求、竞争对手信息及行业政策变化，及时反馈市场一线信息。
7.维护客户关系，持续挖掘新项目机会，提升客户满意度和合作深度。
8.完成上级安排的客户拜访、展会支持、渠道协同及其他市场拓展相关工作。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，电气工程、通信工程、电子信息、自动化、计算机、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2.具备海外销售、技术支持、售前工程师或项目拓展相关经验，有电力、公用事业、智能表计、AMI或通信方案经验者优先。
3.了解电力AMI/远程抄表业务场景，熟悉 RF Mesh、PLC、4G/NB-IoT/Cat.1 等通信方案者优先。
4.具备较强的客户沟通能力、方案理解能力和项目推进能力，能够支持项目前期交流到落地全过程。
5.英语可用于工作沟通；具备越南语能力者优先。
6.能适应越南本地出差及客户现场拜访，具备较强执行力、责任心和结果导向意识。
7.学习能力强，能够快速理解公司产品、行业解决方案及客户业务场景。
优先条件/加分项
1.有越南电力行业客户、系统集成商或渠道资源；
2.有智能电表、集中器、AMI系统、通信模组或远程抄表项目经验；
3.了解 Wi-SUN、HPLC、DLMS/COSEM 等相关技术者优先。
