任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化或相关专业，需有实际Python开发经验的优先。
2、需 2 年及以上 Python 开发经验，英语娴熟可作为日常办公用语，具有 MES 系统相关开发经验者优先。
3、熟悉 Python 编程语言，掌握常见 Python 框架（如 Flask、FastAPI等）
4、熟练编写Oracle存储过程和函数，具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力。
5、了解制造业相关流程，尤其是 MES 系统、生产调度、工单管理等模块。
6、熟练掌握至少多种主流AI工具，具备AI实战思维，能主动利用AI工具优化开发工作流，例如：用AI辅助编写技术报告、自动分析设备故障数据、一键生成PPT方案或进行代码/脚本辅助调试，显著提升工作效率；
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
